Invitation to Tender - Telephony Solution
North Warwickshire Borough Council is currently planning a full office refurbishment at the South Street Council Office which will run for the next 18 months. As part of this refurbishment we are looking to consolidate and upgrade our current telephony solution, upgrading our current Mitel system and migrating from our Avia Index and Macfarlane Contact Centre ACD to the new Mitel solution. Our current contract for Contact Centre telephony will expire on the 30th September 2013 therefore we will need an operational Core and Contact Centre system by that date.
