North Warwickshire Borough Council Housing Maintenance is the repairs and property services department that look after and maintain our property stock.

We are inviting expression of interest from suitable contractors for painting and decorating sub-contract works. The work will principally involve redecorations of tenanted, and void dwellings.

Works will be issued on a 'call off' basis where the DLO do not have capacity for redecoration works.

We are anticipating works to commence in July 2013, and the agreement length will be 24 months.
