Emails and the Web: The Contact Centre also deals with customer contacts made by email or via the web and emails will be responded to within 1 working day.
This website provides a number of online forms to allow our customers to report many of the services detailed above. Reports made via the web will be processed on the next working day.
The Contact Centre and One Stop Shop is open from 08:30am - 17:15pm Monday to Friday.
Please note from April 1st, telephone calls will no longer be transferred to the county council messaging service between 05:15 and 8pm or from 9:00 till 4 on Saturdays. Customers who call after the offices close or at the weekend will continue to be able to leave a voicemail message which will be responded to on the next working day.
If you call the Contact Centre out of working hours, you will be offered the opportunity to leave a voice message and we will respond to this during the next working day. Callers can also leave voice messages during busy periods when our Customer Contact Officers are engaged in other calls and we will return these calls within the working day.
Customer Services:
For customers who would rather speak to a Customer Service Adviser face to face, please continue to call at our main Reception in the South Street Building where our Staff will be pleased to help with requests for any of the services detailed above - map of Atherstone showing our offices.

Police Services:
Due to the closure of the reception at Atherstone Police Station, face to face services are now available in our One Stop Shop.
Telephone enquiries can be made on 01926 415000.
Please be aware there are NO POLICE OFFICERS at the Council Offices, we carry out administrative tasks and give out information provided by the police service.
Payments
Our staff are able to process Debit and Credit Card. Payments for all Council Services. Please note, there is a 1.8% surcharge on the use of Credit Cards.
Please note you cannot pay in cash at the council offices.
Moving in or out of the Borough
For people moving into the borough, the Contact centre will deal with your registration for Council Tax and advise you on your bin collection date and other council services. After using the Contact Centre, you may be asked to take part in our telephone satisfaction survey. Your comments are appreciated and will be passed on to the relevant service area and used to improve the service we offer.
