Please Note:  If it doesn't start with 25 it isn't a North Warwickshire Borough Council parking fine, so please refer to the parking fine notification or fixed penalty notice for payment methods - see example below.

If payment is received within 7 days by North Warwickshire Borough Council in the manner as set out in Fixed Penalty Notice, a payment of £25.00 will be accepted as full settlement. If payment is not received before 7 days then the payment will increase to £50.00.

All queries or appeals concerning the issue of a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN), must be made in writing quoting the ticket number and date of issue and sent to: Assistant Engineer, North Warwickshire Borough Council, Leisure and Facilities, PO Box 6, The Council House, South Street, Atherstone, Warwickshire, CV9 1BG
