Please note: Any customer paying by direct debit must give one calendar month's written notice to the Leisure Centre at which their agreement was initiated to cancel membership. This is to cover the direct debit set up and removal costs. A further administration fee will be payable should this cancellation procedure not be adhered to.

The Ultimate

Entitles a customer to use of all North Warwickshire Leisure Facilities Lifetimes' fitness suites, fitness classes and swimming during all opening hours . (See exclusions).

Lifetimes

Entitles a customer to use of the Leisure Facilities' Lifetimes fitness suites during all opening hours.

Lifetimes 'Off Peak'

Entitles a customer to use of the Leisure Facilities' Lifetimes fitness suites during off peak opening hours only. (last bookable session 3.30pm)

NB an Induction will be required at each facility and may incur charge.
