Ways to pay
Please note: you cannot pay in cash at the Council Offices.
Payments on web - make payments on the web using Santander.
Payments by automated telephone - This service allows you to make credit and debit card payments 24hrs a day from anywhere using a Touch Tone Telephone - 01827 719421.
Paying By Direct Debit - Direct Debit is the easiest, cheapest and most efficient way to pay your bills
Paying By Telephone - You can pay your bills by using one of several cards during opening hours
Payments By Post - You can pay your bills to the Council by post. If you wish to do this, please do not send cash.
Payments by Standing Order - if you wish to pay your bill by standing order, you will need to provide your bank with information found on the standing order page
Post office and Payzone - You can make payments at any Post Office by presenting your demand notice with your payment.
