Application Form Dog Breeding Application Form and Particulars
A Breeding establishment means any dog breeding establishment (including a private dwelling) that produce five or more litters of puppies for sale per year. It is unlawful under the new regulations for a bitch to give birth more than once a year.
Licences are issued on an annual basis expiring on 31st December. An application form and a particulars form must be completed and returned with the fee (see above) . An inspection will then be made to ensure that the premises comply with the conditions.
