Council Tax payers in North Warwickshire are being encouraged to sign up for paperless billing and be in with the chance of winning a Netbook, worth £150.

The new facility on the Council's website enables residents to sign up to view their Council Tax payments online instead of receiving an annual printed bill.  It is estimated that if everyone in North Warwickshire signed up, the Borough Council could save £30,000 a year!

Mike Shaw, Revenues and Benefits Manager said:  " We want to encourage as many residents as possible to sign up to e-billing - the less paper we have to print and post, the better it is for the environment.  Plus you can keep an eye on your payments by logging on with your secure PIN number. "

Councillor John Moore, Chair of the Resources Board is pictured logging onto the Council's e-billing pages in the One Stop Shop, assisted by Claire Cox, Contact Centre Manager.

The Netbook has been kindly donated by computer system suppliers, Capita.
