Paying your rent - Your rent pays for all of the housing services we provide including garages.  If we do not collect the rent due we have less to pay for services which Tenants need. Visit our Paying your rent page for details.

Rent Arrears (housing and garage) - If you have a problem paying your rent please do not ignore it! If you do not do something about it the problem will not go away. Housing and Council Tax Benefit - You can claim Housing benefit if you are the named person liable to pay the rent. If you are a joint tenant we can also help you with your share of the rent.  Full information on Housing Benefit and an application form.

Right to Buy - The Right to Buy scheme has helped almost 1.6 million Council tenants in England buy their own homes.
