Home Swapper
All North Warwickshire Borough Council tenants can swap their home with another Council or Housing Association tenant. You are not restricted to North Warwickshire and can seek an exchange with someone in another part of the country.
Details of Council and Housing Association tenants who wish to swap their home can be found on the Homeswapper website. You will need to register what type of home you want and details about your current home. This is a free service for all North Warwickshire Borough Council Tenants. If you're not a North Warwickshire Borough Council Tenant, you will need to contact your own landlord.
As soon as a you finds a suitable "Swap" you need to contact your tenancy services officer on 01827 715341 who will advise you of the next steps.
