Planning Application Search
Find a Current or Historical Application
The Council holds a list of planning applications from around 1960 onwards. The information held relating to earlier applications is much briefer than for recent applications, with the information held getting progressively more comprehensive towards the present day. Applications from 2007 onwards carry all plans and documentation. You are able to search for applications based on application reference, address details or date determined.

Alternatively, you can view all of the valid applications received or determined in the last 18 weeks by visiting our Weekly List.
Where you are seeking plans or decision notices that are not published online, the Council may hold records which can be viewed at our offices. Please contact the Central Services Planning Support Team on (01827) 715341 for further information. You can also seek paper copies of plans at our offices, subject to the Council's fees and charges schedule.
Commenting on, supporting, or objecting to a planning application
To comment on, support or object to a planning application, please search for the application first by using the Planning Application Search link above, then you can click on the 'Comment on Application' button if the application has not yet been determined.
