Borough Care - community alarm service: Outline
24 hr Community Alarm Service
Would you or someone you know benefit from using our Community Alarm Service?
- We are on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
- With an emergency alarm and personal trigger you can have a link to the Council's Central Control.
- It is easy to use - no need to reach for the telephone or dial.
- Fully trained staff guarantee a rapid response.
- Currently available free of charge to anyone over 62 living in North Warwickshire and paying Council Tax to North Warwickshire Borough Council (private/rented/owner occupier).
- The Emergency Alarm will be fitted within 7 working days.
- A follow up customer care visit will be made within 10 days of the alarm being fitted.

Telecare
Warwickshire County Council in partnership with the Health Service, the District and Borough Councils, Voluntary organisations and Warwickshire's Community Alarm providers, has developed a TELECARE Service. This service is currently available in the following areas: North Warwickshire Borough Council Rugby Borough Council Warwick District Council.
