Planning Performance Agreements (PPAs) Charges
Charges
PPAs are bespoke and therefore charges vary according to the complexity of the development and the level of officer input required. The Council's charging schedule includes:
- Initial PPA set-up fee: £2,000
- Ongoing charges: cost recovery based on officer time or an agreed project fee, typically £20,000 to £40,000
- Discharge of conditions stage: £3,500 flat fee or £800 per discharge of condition application.
