Casual Head Gymnastics Coach - Coleshill Leisure Centre
£18.3638 per hour
We have a very exciting job opportunity at Coleshill Leisure Centre to be part of our gymnastics team. We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our pool of ‘casual’ Head Gymnastics Coaches to cover for staff absences.
Coleshill Gymnastics Club is based at Coleshill Leisure Centre and offers a range of classes from Recreational, Novice, Grade and Display. We are looking for a person with a minimum level 2 WAG qualification to enable our competitive teams to enter competitions.
The ideal candidate will be self motivated, able to communicate professionally, lead by example, enthusiasm, with passion and patience and will demonstrate exceptional leadership skills with their fellow assistant coaches. You will be responsible for planning a range of classes. Recreational sessions should be planned as fun but knowledgeable sessions where possible for all gymnasts taking part.
As a casual Head Coach at Coleshill you will be in charge of up to four members of staff, ensuring health and safety of the children and staff at all times, additional responsibilities might include set out / pack away of equipment; this is always assisted by the Duty Officer of the Centre.
This post is exempted under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and, as such, appointment will be conditional upon receipt of a satisfactory response to a check of criminal records via the Disclosure and Barring Service, before the appointment is confirmed. This will include details of cautions, reprimands or final warnings, as well as convictions. An Enhanced Disclosure will be required.
