This service allows you to make credit and debit card payments 24hrs a day from anywhere using a Touch Tone Telephone - 01827 719421.

You will be given a transaction number at the end of the process that you should use in any further contact.

What services can I pay for by automated telephone?

• Council tax
• Non-domestic rates
• Housing Rents
• Overpayment of housing benefit
• Sundry debtor invoice example - Trade Refuse, Cesspool Emptying, Parking Fine, Football Pitch Hire, Commercial Rents, Housing Repairs, Service Charges (ONLY if you have a reference number beginning with 5 or 6).

You can use the following debit and credit cards:

• MasterCard Credit
• Maestro/Solo/MasterCard Debit
• Visa Debit
• Visa Credit

You CANNOT use the following cards:

• Amex
• JCB
