Annual Tenants Report

The Housing Division wishes to improve the service we give to our tenants.  Therefore, we regularly seek feedback through a variety of methods including surveys, focus groups and telephone call backs. We will use this feedback to help us improve our future service delivery.

We will let Tenants know how we are performing in the Annual Tenants Report and in the Tenants Link Newsletter - see below.
