How to pay your rent

Your rent is due weekly in advance, or you can pay it fortnightly or monthly so long as you are paying in advance.

Pay your rent

There are a range of different ways in which you can pay your rent:

  • Direct Debit - You can make Direct Debit payments weekly or monthly - To set up a Direct Debit call us on 01827 715341, we can set your Direct Debit up over the telephone.
  • Standing Order - Set up a Standing Order with your Bank to pay your rent.  Any payment date or frequency can be selected.
    • Our Bank Details are:
      • Lloyds Bank
      • Sort Code - 30-00-03
      • Account Number - 00050820
      • Quote your 6 digit Tenancy Reference Number
  • In person at our One Stop Shop.  Please note - we do not accept cash payments.
  • At the Post Office or Payzone point with your rent payment card or the barcode on your rent letter
  • By telephone on 01827 719421

We will write to you in advance to tell you of any changes to your rent, this typically happens once a year at the beginning of April

Rent Free Weeks

Providing your rent account is up to date and you haven't got an agreement with us to pay your rent over 52 weeks, rent arrears or a court order for rent arrears, the rent free weeks are:

  • 19th and  26th December 2022
  • 19th and 26th March 2023

Bank Holidays

Please note: Over a Bank Holiday your rent balances shown may not include payments made in the last 5 working days.
