 Our fitness classes are delivered by friendly and qualified instructors. Suitable for all ages (14 years +) and abilities, getting fit is only a heartbeat away.

  Barbell Pump 8:15pm - 9:00pm
Tuesday  Aqua Blast 7:00pm - 8:00pm
  FitBike 7:15pm - 8:00pm
Wednesday  Zumba 9.30am - 10.15am
  Aqua Fit 1:30pm - 2:30pm
  Barbell Pump 6:15pm - 7:00pm
  Clubbercise 7:30pm - 8:15pm
  FitBike 7:15pm - 8:00pm
Thursday  Piyo 6.00pm - 6.45pm
  FitBike 6.30pm - 7.15pm
  Aqua Blast 7:00pm - 8:00pm
  Yoga 7:30pm - 8:30pm
Friday  Yoga  9.30am - 10.15am
  Barbell Pump   6:15pm - 7:00pm
Saturday  Fitbike 10:00am - 10:45am
  Yoga 11:45am - 12:45pm
Sunday Fitbike 10:00am - 10:45am
  Zumba 12.00noon - 12.45pm 
  Aqua Fit 1:00pm - 2:00pm

Please note:

No fitness classes run on Bank Holidays. Booking recommended for all classes, users must be 14 years and over to attend fitness classes. Timetable subject to change.
