Welcome to Arley Sports Centre's Fitness Classes page. We've recently updated the entire fitness class programme at Arley and are really excited about the current we now offer.

All classes are included in all of the monthly memberships as standard. Although pay as you go options are available.

Fitness Class Description
FitBike: It's our name for spinning, there are now 4 classes per week, led by Steve, that are extremely popular.
BoxFit: Our popular instructor Steve brings his wealth of experience in these types of classes to us, you won't be disappointed. Each class is full of muscle endurance and cardio related stations.
Circuits: Led by Steve, he concentrates on a mixture of cardio and toning exercises in an energetic based workout.
Barbell Pump: This class, run by Steve, is aerobic style exercise with free weights. You select the weights, we provide the routines and you will soon be enjoying your new body shape.
