Fitness class descriptions

Tabata Tabata: A form of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) that has participants working hard for 20 seconds followed by 10 seconds rest in sets of 4 minutes.

Fit-bike: This is a high calorie burning class, combining a cardiovascular workout, using stationary cycles in a motivating class environment. Suitable for male & female, of all fitness levels. Drink & Towel required.

Barbell Pump FX: A combination of cardiovascular and resistance training. This workout will enable participants to choose what level of intensity they wish to work at. Suitable for male & female of all fitness levels. Drink & Towel required.

Bootcamp: Want to get fitter than you've ever been? Want to push yourself and get results? Then The Boot Camp is for you! Our instructor will put you through your paces every week and when you come out on the other side you'll be glad you took part!

Clubbercise: Put the ‘night out’ into your workout. Fun easy to follow aerobic routines to 90’s club anthems. Because of its high/low impact options clubbercise is great if you are just starting out or a fitness fanatic.
