Fitness class descriptions

Tabata: A form of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) that has participants working hard at high intensity intervals with short rest periods.

Circuits: High-intensity workouts that'll work you aerobically and anaerobically, using cardio training techniques, resistance training and bodyweight training. Moving quickly between stations ensures you get the most work out of a class. The ideal class for fat burning and muscle building.

Boot Camp: Sick of boring cardio workouts? Get back to basics with a fitness 'Boot Camp' class. These group sessions, which focus on military-style exercises and functional movements like press-ups, squats, sprints, and sit-ups, provide a great workout and a chance to sweat outside the gym.

Barbell Pump FX: A weight based fitness class performed to music. Participants choose their weights advised by the Instructor based on the exercise and their personal goals. A whole body tone and conditioning session.

Boxercise: Workout with boxing fitness, combining pad work with other boxing circuit exercises for that more engaging fun total body training.

Yoga: During a yoga class you will move through a flowing series of poses using the breath inhaling and exhaling into and out of postures. Physically you build strength, flexibility, improve respiratory function and range of motion. This class relaxes and calms the mind.
