Walking and Walking Groups
North Warwickshire Walking Groups

Walking is ideal for most people to become physically active without the need for any special equipment. It is a great way to get some fresh air, meet new people, socialise and get out and about in your local community. All ages and abilities are welcome on our walks. The walk leader will ensure you are comfortable walking at your own pace. On your first visit you will be asked to fill out a short Health Questionnaire, please turn up five minutes beforehand to do this.
Why Walk?
- Its a chance to meet new friends
- You don't need any special equipment
- It makes you feel good
- It can benefit your physical, mental and social health
