Environmental Permitting

We inspect sites that operate processes that fall under Part A2 and B of the Environmental Permitting Regulations 2010 such as brick making, metal processing, bulk cement storage and petrol stations for example. The sites have permits with the Council to operate to Best Practicable Means in order to reduce environmental pollution to the minimum. See our list of details for the sites that the Council Permit.

If you would like to make a complaint about releases from industrial premises on the list or if you believe that there is a process requiring a Part A2 or B Permit which does not appear on the list please contact Environmental Health.
