Nuisance from commercial premises
The Environmental Protection Act 1990 restricts activities causing material interference with the use and enjoyment of neighbouring property by way of nuisance due to causes such as odour, noise, dust, smoke and light. Nuisance is something that affects day to day life where you live. It is not something which can be detected that is just different to normal or something that is just an annoyance.
