The links below show the location of our offices and detailed directions. Unfortunately, we have no available on site car parking for visitors but parking is free in all long stay car parks and free for 2 hours in short stay car parks.
If you are visiting Warwickshire County Council we have reserved spaces in the Woolpack Way car park which is located off Woolpack Way. The barrier car park is for North Warwickshire Borough Council staff only.

The nearest short stay car park for visitors is the Woolpack Way car park. The postcode for satnav directions is CV9 1AD. From here, the Council House is easily accessible by leaving the car park onto Long Street opposite the HSBC bank. Turn left through an archway with a sign saying "Old Bank House" above. If you continue along the path you will see signs for the reception on your left.
The nearest long stay car park is the Former Cattle Market located on Station Street. The postcode for satnav directions is CV9 1DD. From here, leave the car park and turn right onto Station Street. Walk past the bus station and keep heading towards a mini roundabout. Keep heading straight and you will arrive at the Council House.

When you arrive at the council offices, please report to our main reception in our One Stop Shop where you will be provided with a visitor badge and details of our fire and safety procedures. Our reception staff will advise the lead officer or meeting organiser of your arrival who shall meet you in the reception area; whilst on site, the lead officer or meeting organiser will be responsible for your welfare.
If your meeting is to be held in Old Bank House, please also report to main reception, as the same procedure will apply. The meeting organiser or lead officer is responsible for escorting visitors to the meeting rooms in Old Bank House.
