Corporate Plan

Purpose

The Corporate Plan is the Borough Council's main policy and management document and drives the Budget.

Preparation

The Council produced the first Corporate Plan in 1997 and it has been reviewed annually since then.

This year the Council has produced a new style Corporate Plan aligned to the Community Plan objectives and incorporating a long-term vision.
