To complete the form you will need:

  • Name, address and contact details
  • Registration number
  • FPC Number (found on the parking fine notice - number starts with NW0)
  • Date fine was issues (found on the parking fine notice)
  • Reason for appealing

What happens next?

If you provide an email address you will receive an emailed copy of your Appeal form. We aim to inform you of our decision within 10 working days by letter if you provide your name and address or by email if only an email address is provided.

What can I do if my appeal is denied?

As we are not a decriminalised council your next step is to appeal to our Assistant Director using the same form below. We aim to inform you of our decision within 10 working days by letter if you provide your name and address or by email if only an email address is provided.

If this appeal is unsuccessful your final course of action is to appeal to the Local Government Ombudsman .
