Community Hubs Health Offers
The development of the ‘Health Offer’ in Community Hubs.
Ensure the development of promotion and access to health services programme within the Community Hubs with the delivery of national and local health campaigns within the Hubs. To help deliver that there would be the additional post of a Support Worker to organise and deliver health events within the Community Hubs.
One of the many goals of the Hubs will be to engage with, and promote, initiatives regarding food provision through the Food Hub by supporting “Cook It” sessions during one school holiday and if appropriate continue to support across all Hubs each school holiday.
