Current Membership Updates

Direct Debit Memberships

All gym memberships will be re-instated from 5th May 2021. Members that have stayed with us will receive April for FREE and also 25% OFF their first payment in May to thank them for their continued loyalty.

As Group Exercise Classes are not permitted to start onsite until 17th May at the earliest, there will be an Online timetable of Classes provided via Zoom and will be included within the current membership fee. The timetable will include all of your favourite classes and will be delivered by our Instructors. You can request that your membership stays frozen if this option is not suitable, but ideally we will need to know this by 12th April 2021.

If you currently pay per class, or wish to choose this option whilst frozen, you can purchase our Zoom Class Pass for a fortnightly fee of £9.99.

If you have cancelled your Direct Debit at the bank during the COVID-19 pandemic and wish to re-join, please contact us to have your membership re-instated.

Annual Memberships

All Annual Memberships will be re-instated from 12th April with an extended original expiry date to ensure no days are lost due to the closure.

Student and Active Card Memberships

Student Passes and Pay as you go Memberships

We ask that all Student Pass and Pay as you go members get in touch with us to let us know if you are returning to the facilities and when you intend to do so. Based on these communications, we will look to extend the length of your membership appropriately to ensure you don’t miss out.

We recommend you contact us well in advance of when you wish to book to ensure your membership is live. If your membership has expired (ALL Student Passes will have expired and some card holders) this will need to be resolved before you are able to do so.

Not ready to return?

We can't wait to welcome you back, however we appreciate that not everyone will be ready to return straight away. If you do not wish to return straight away, please let us know before the 12th April 2021 and we will keep your membership temporarily frozen.

Swimming and Gymnastics Course Members

Direct Debit Memberships

You may remember we took a payment for January but were then forced to close. To make sure no one misses out, all gymnasts/swimmers that stayed with us through lockdown will receive April for FREE and a further 25% off May’s subscription fee.

If you had cancelled your Direct Debit at the bank during the COVID-19 pandemic and wish to re-join, please contact us to have your membership re-instated, availability permitting.

Those that pay via 10 weekly blocks

If you did not pay monthly and instead paid for blocks of 10 lessons, these were frozen from when lessons were stopped. These means your credits will again begin to used from your child’s class from 12 April 2021.

Unfortunately we can not hold places open for those that do not wish to re-join at this stage, so please get in touch if you’re not ready right now to discuss your options.

What Else?

On site, ‘Covid-friendly’ measures will still be in place. If you are unfamiliar with what those are, you can find out more below.

You can also contact us in advance of your first visit if you would like any more information or assurance.

Although we don’t anticipate any changes until mid-June at the earliest, in future if coronavirus restrictions ease and we modify our procedures, we will keep you updated.
