Current Members Update

Gym Memberships

Following on from the Government guidance issued regarding the reopening of Gyms and Leisure Facilities on Wednesday 2 December 2020, please be advised of the following:

Lifetimes Direct Debit memberships will now restart December (5th and 25th).

North Warwickshire has been placed in Tier 3 which means the gym will be open for advance booking (bookings will open from 1 December) however classes will NOT be permitted to restart at this time.

Therefore a online timetable of classes will be provided via zoom and will be included within the current membership fee. The timetable will see all of our favourite classes e.g. yoga, Zumba etc and will be delivered by our instructors.

You can request that your membership stay frozen if this options is not suitable, but ideally we will need to know this by 1st December to stop any payment coming out on 5th.

If you currently pay per class, you can purchase our zoom fitness class option for a one off fee of £14.99 that covers the whole of December 2020.

A payment freeze means that you will keep your membership but no payments will be taken until we come out of tier 3 and classes can resume on site as before  (at the earliest January 5th and 25th).

Those members with Annual Subscriptions have had the lockdown period added on to their planned end date, as well as those that are on Student Memberships and / or have Lifetimes ‘Pay As You Go’ membership cards.

If you have already contacted us to cancel your membership we will process that request for you.

We would like to thank you for your continued support and wish everyone the very best of health.
