Due to freezing temperatures overnight and into tomorrow morning, conditions are not expected to improve until late Saturday morning.
Because of this, it will not be safe to carry out catch-up waste collections.
Catch-up collections that were due to start tomorrow will not go ahead.
We will continue to catch up on missed rounds from Monday to Wednesday next week, as weather and road conditions allow.
To make sure residents are not disadvantaged, any impact to garden waste collections will be addressed by extending collections by one additional week at the end of the year.
