A total of 46 food hygiene ratings were issued to various local establishments across the Borough during June and July.
These inspections evaluate how well a business complies with food safety by checking that food is handled and stored safely, that the premises are clean and well-maintained, and to ensure that appropriate management controls are in place. Establishments that receive low scores are required to make improvements and will undergo a follow-up inspection to ensure compliance.
