New Computer System for Revenues and Benefits

We are updating our computer systems that we use in Revenues and Benefits from 15th November 2018, the change will take about three weeks for us to implement.
For these three weeks, from the middle of November, our ability to help you on the phone and make changes to your Council Tax account and any Benefit claims will be extremely limited. Please bear with us whilst we make these changes to bring our systems up to date and to be able to continue to offer you a great service.
Please continue to report any changes straight away as usual.
We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you in advance for your co-operation. Keep checking our website as we’ll post further updates here as the system change goes through.
