Two new developments, six, two-bedroom flats located in Coleshill Road and Town Houses in Long Street were constructed using funding from North Warwickshire Borough Council and Homes England.

The new homes replace previous accommodation that were dated and in need of refurbishment.

Leader of the Council, Cllr David Wright said; “These developments are definite milestone in our transformation of council properties, and it is wonderful to see these new homes completed. Both the flats and town houses look incredibly smart, I wish the new tenants the best of luck in their new homes.”

The beautiful new properties, both of which are located close to Atherstone town centre, are in keeping with the local area and provide much needed affordable homes in the Borough. 

All the homes have now been allocated and the new tenants have moved in.
