View your accounts or claim online
Signing up to our Accounts Online will allow you to view your existing Council Tax, Business Rates, Sundry Debt Accounts, or Housing Benefit/Council Tax Support claim online. You will also be able to sign up for electronic billing for Council Tax or Business Rates. When a bill is ready for you to view online, an email will be sent to you with a link to your new bill. All you need is an email address and your reference number, which can be found on your bill, statement or Benefit notification.
Once registered you will be able to log in to your NWBC Accounts Online account and view:
- your bill
- amendments to your bill
- your balance
- when payments have been made
- when payments are due
- your benefit claim
Existing NWBC Accounts Online customers
Sign in or Register for an account
- enter your Account/Claim reference number
- select the reference type and enter your name, address, email address and National Insurance number (if applicable)
Once you have entered these details you'll be sent a confirmation email with your username and password. (Your confirmation email may not arrive immediately, as we may need to validate your details.)
