North Warwickshire Borough Council encourage customers to check whether enquiries can be dealt with via our website, contacting us by phone: (01827) 715341 or emailing customerservices@northwarks.gov.uk
We currently offer face-to-face service by appointment only. If you need to book a face-to-face appointment, please call our Customer Services team.
Please note that we cannot accept cash payments.
When visiting the centre, you can contact our Customer Services team by pressing the reception doorbell. This will alert staff that you are waiting, provide an expected wait time, and a Customer Service Officer will attend in person to assist you as soon as possible. Clear signage is in place to help guide you to the correct area.
When you arrive for a pre‑arranged meeting, please sign the visitor sign in book and press the doorbell to let staff know you have arrived. Your host will be contacted and will come to greet you shortly.

In an emergency
In an out of hours emergency call 01827 715341, you will be redirected to our out of hours service.
Please note: The Council’s out of hours service is managed by Warwick District Council’s lifeline alarm service which is manned 24 hours a day.
Please be aware that our Emergency Service is not able to respond to general customer enquiries out of office hours. The Contact Centre will be able to respond to your enquiry during our usual office hours. Please do not contact the emergency service unless you are in an emergency situation.
