Development Control Practices and Procedures

The Development Control team are based at the Council House in Atherstone.

All queries should be directed to planningcontrol@northwarks.gov.uk so it can be recorded correctly and/or allocated to the correct officer.

Case Officers will be able to help you if you have questions about one of their planning applications. However, please note that a Duty Officer system operates every morning, between 9.00am and 1.00pm. Whilst the Case Officer will usually be available after 2.00pm, if you want to call into our offices to talk to him/her, you should contact them first to make an appointment, as they are often out on site or in meetings.
