Application for discretionary rate relief For a Rural Business
The granting of relief is at the discretion of the Council and each case is considered on its own merits.
The Council must be satisfied that:
- The property is used for the benefit of the local community
- The business is within a qualifying rural area
- It is in the interests of the taxpayers of North Warwickshire to grant the relief
