Our Community Development team would like your opinions on preventing anti-social behaviour arising from alcohol consumption and/or substance misuse within Atherstone town centre, North Warwickshire.
The council is proposing to introduce a Public Spaces Protection Order (PSPO), to prevent anti-social in Atherstone Town Centre. Before making a PSPO, the Council must be satisfied that the activity that the order seeks to prohibit, is having or is likely to have a detrimental effect on the quality of life of those in the locality and is, or is likely to be, persistent or unreasonable in nature.
One method of ascertaining whether a PSPO is necessary is through public consultation and your input on this is much appreciated.
