New to Walking?
Don't worry if you've never joined a walking group before.
Our volunteer walk leaders create a friendly and supportive environment where everyone can walk at their own pace. Most walks last between 30–90 minutes, depending on the group.
Before your first walk:
- Wear comfortable clothing and suitable footwear
- Bring a drink if required
