Order a bin for a new property
If you live in a new build property your building developers are responsible for purchasing your first black, green and red lidded wheelie bins.

Supply of bins and your collections
If you are waiting for a Replacement Bin(s) or your property is a New Development awaiting delivery of bin(s) -
- When you pay for your bin(s) they are normally delivered to you within 20 working days. However, depending on demand, we occasionally cannot supply your bin(s) within this time frame (for example, if there is a delay awaiting delivery from our supplier).
Collections
We can still provide a refuse and recycling collection as follows –
Black Bin (non-recyclable) – please place you general household waste into a maximum of 3 black refuse sacks and present them at the kerbside on your normal collection day until your bin(s) can be delivered.
Red Lid Bin (mixed dry recycling, paper & cardboard) – please place you recycling into a maximum of 3 black untied refuse sacks and present them at the kerbside on your normal collection day until your bin(s) can be delivered. PLEASE DO NOT TIE THE RECYCLING BAGS AS THESE CANNOT GO INTO THE RECYCLING VEHICLE. Alternately you can break the cardboard into small sizes and place them in a cardboard box instead of using a refuse sack.
Green Bin (garden waste) – Regrettably we cannot remove your garden waste without a bin. Lower House Farm Recycling Centre, Baddesley Ensor, CV9 2QA will take green waste (please do not put plastic bags in with green waste). Please go to https://www.warwickshire.gov.uk/recycling and select ‘make a booking’.
If you have to wait longer than 20 working days for your bin please accept our apologies, your bin(s) will be delivered as soon as possible.
