North Warwickshire Borough Council is encouraging more residents to subscribe to email and text updates about Council services.

The Council has been using GovDelivery to communicate with residents since 2022 and now wants even more people to subscribe to receive the latest news and updates directly into their inbox.

GovDelivery is a digital communication platform used by local Authorities to send email and text notifications to the residents. It allows the Council to inform, engage, and update residents, stakeholders, or employees on important topics such as local events, news, and more.

North Warwickshire Borough Council send out corporate emails on topics such as Benefits, Bin collections, Business Grants and Support, Business Rates, Cesspool, Climate Change, Council Homes, Council Meetings, Council Tax including E-Billing, Environmental Health, Electoral Registration, Emergency Alerts including flooding and power cuts, Events, Financial Support, Flytipping, Food Registration and Safety, Forward Planning, Green Bin Subscriptions, Homelessness, Housing Advice, Jobs, Leisure Updates, Licensing, Local Government Re-Organisation, Local Plan, Neighbourhood Plan, News, Parking, Parks & Green Spaces, Planning, Police Updates & Community Safety, Pollution, and Trade Waste.

Residents can subscribe to multiple topics, free of charge, and can cancel at any time.  If you haven’t subscribed to a specific topic, North Warwickshire Borough Council will not contact you through GovDelivery.
