Work Experience

A student from The Market Bosworth School has joined for this week to complete his Work Experience.

North Warwickshire Borough Council has given a student from The Market Bosworth School, Frederick Thom-Wood, a chance to work at the council from Monday through Thursday. This is in accordance with The Market Bosworth School's work experience programme for Year 10 students.

The purpose of the work experience was to give students a hands-on learning time with actual Council workers to enable them to have experience for when they finish their GCSEs. North Warwickshire Borough Council has given Frederick multiple departments to work in each day, giving him new understanding as described in his closing thoughts. Frederick, the student who participated in Work Experience, said:

"North Warwickshire Borough Council has given me a great insight into many different parts of work.

I also think the Council staff have created a great work environment, with everyone being kind and respectful.

This has given me a great time in the world of work, and I am thankful to everyone for giving me this great experience."
