In just four weeks since launch, North Warwickshire Borough Council’s brand-new app has already reached 1,000 downloads from residents across the Borough.

The North Warwickshire Borough Council app offers residents a faster, easier way to stay connected with local services and community updates. Through the app, residents can access the latest council news, receive important alerts straight to their phone, check bin collection dates, find information about local councillors, and much more, all in one convenient place.

Residents are using the app to report issues such as fly-tipping and anti-social behaviour, helping to keep neighbourhoods clean and safe. Early feedback has highlighted how simple and accessible the app is to use, reflecting the Council’s commitment to making local services more convenient for everyone.

Councillor Margaret Bell, Chair of Community and Environment Board, said:
“Our new app launch has been a success. I am pleased that residents are finding the new app helpful, and it gives the Council another method of communication that is not only easier but also much quicker for us to connect with residents. Reaching 1,000 downloads is an exciting milestone, and I am eager to reach more.”
