What is a Pump Track?
A pump track is a track made up of a series of bumps and jumps designed to be ridden without pedalling. Riders use their body weight and momentum to navigate through the track, pumping the bike up and down to maintain speed and flow. The track is typically made of dirt, asphalt, or concrete, and can vary in size and complexity.
