Why do you need my details?

The information we collect from you is for the sole purpose of forming your personal membership with us.

Who can see my information?

Your information is stored securely on our Management Systems. NO paper copies are kept and we DO NOT share your details with any 3rd parties.

How long do you keep my details?

Your details will be removed from our records 6 months after your membership expires.

Will you be contacting me?

We will contact you from time to time with important service messages that relate to your membership, and also facility operations such as cancellations and closures.

What about Marketing?

You’ll be in control. We ask you for your preferences on marketing. You will be able to choose exactly what you’d like to opt in for and you will be able to update this regularly.

Your Rights.

You have the right to request that North Warwickshire Leisure stops processing your personal data in relation to any Council service. Where possible, the Council will comply with your request but there are some situations where we won’t be able to do so, for example, where the Council is required to hold or process information to comply with a legal requirement.
