Introductory Tenancy Guide
This Introductory Tenants Guide explains to new tenants how the Council will operate the Introductory Tenancy Scheme and how it may affect them if their tenancy agreement is breached. An Introductory Tenancy is a trial period (initially for 12 months but can be extended by the Council to a maximum of 18 months in total), if the tenancy is deemed to have been conducted satisfactorily, the tenancy will automatically become a Secure Tenancy.
