How to pay your rent
Your rent is due weekly in advance, or you can pay it fortnightly or monthly so long as you are paying in advance.
There are a range of different ways in which you can pay your rent:
- Direct Debit - You can make Direct Debit payments weekly or monthly - To set up a Direct Debit call us on 01827 715341, we can set your Direct Debit up over the telephone.
- Standing Order - Set up a Standing Order with your Bank to pay your rent. Any payment date or frequency can be selected.
- Our Bank Details are:

- Quote your 6 digit Tenancy Reference Number
- In person at our One Stop Shop. Please note - we do not accept cash payments.
- At the Post Office or Payzone point with your rent payment card or the barcode on your rent letter
- By telephone on 01827 719421
We will write to you in advance to tell you of any changes to your rent, this typically happens once a year at the beginning of April

Pre-Paid Weeks
Providing your rent account is up to date and you haven't got an agreement with us to pay your rent over 53 weeks, rent arrears or a court order for rent arrears, the pre-paid rent weeks are:
- 23rd and 30th December 2024
- 17th, 24th and 31st March 2025
