We recognise that sometimes this policy will have to be adapted to meet a tenant’s particular circumstances. We will make reasonable adjustments as required by the Equalities Act 2010. We will ensure that people with disabilities are not disadvantaged by this policy.

Examples are to provide documents and information in a variety of formats and if needed provide documents in larger print. Where is may be difficult for an individual to make a complaint formally in writing we will accept complaints verbally, in a meeting or from a third party that can act in the best interests of the complainant.
