Complete the application below for works to tree or to fell trees which are subject of a Tree Preservation Order (TPO), and or notification of works to trees within a Conservation Area.
Hedgerow Removal
Complete the form when a section of hedgerow is to be removed, which is subject to length criteria.
The Council encourages the submission of planning applications using the Planning Portal.

- You can pay the planning application fee with a credit or debit card by calling 01827 715341
- When submitting a planning application, you are advised to consult the Planning Application Validation Document, with pages 13, 14 and 20 being relevant
