General Planning Applications
Complete the application form below covering general application works such as; stables, new dwellings, subdivision to flats, change of use, shop front alterations, commercial or industrial buildings or extensions, fishing lakes;
Other general forms can be completed below, which cover more than one type of application:
- Extension to commercial building with demolition within Conservation Area
- Planning Permission and listed building consent for alterations, extension or demolition of a listed building
- Shop front alterations with advertisement consent
The Council encourages the submission of planning applications using the Planning Portal.
- Only 1 copy of documents is required by the Council
- You can pay the planning application fee with a credit or debit card by calling 01827 715341.
